At the end of each course description you will find a registration link. Click on it and register bindingly with your university e-mail address.

Places will be allocated according to receipt of registration. You will automatically receive a reply by e-mail. The registration deadline is always one week before the respective course date.

If you are unable to attend the course, a cancellation must be made early (at least five days before the start of the seminar) at the Career Center exclusively by e-mail: career@hs-offenburg.de.

Cancellations by the participant after the registration deadline for good cause (illness, rescheduling of the lecture, etc.) must be supported by a medical certificate or a certificate from the course of study issued by the secretary's office or the supervising professor.

In case of unexcused absence or unjustified deregistration after the registration deadline for a course, an administrative fee of 30 euros will be charged.

The University of Applied Sciences Offenburg reserves the right to cancel the event

• for organizational reasons (e.g. not reaching the minimum number of participants)
• for important reasons for which the Hochschule Offenburg is not responsible (e.g. illness/accident)
• due to force majeure and if, e.g. due to a pandemic, legal restrictions prevent the event from being held

up to and including the date of the event. If possible, an alternative date will be offered. In this case, no fees will be charged to you.  

In the event of a cancellation by the Hochschule Offenburg, liability and damage claims that do not concern injury to life, body or health are excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part. In the case of gross negligence, this also applies to futile expenses and consequential damages.

Filming, recording, photographing or chat storage of the individual events is generally not permitted. The rights of the contents and the pictures remain reserved to the lecturers.

A certificate of attendance will only be issued to the participant if he/she has completed at least 80 percent of the course time.
